- Foster strategic partnerships with stakeholders, including but not limited to the component district libraries, public libraries, and state agencies.
- Coordinate professional development for librarians and educators across component districts to enhance the effectiveness of a school library.
- Oversee budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility to maximize resource efficiency, support district operations and work with the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES Business Office on budget development and oversight for each CoSer within the School Library System.
- Serve as a catalyst for collaboration, facilitating communication with the SLS Council and district stakeholders to enhance system effectiveness.
- Manage collection development and data reporting processes, promoting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Assistant Superintendent for Staff and Curriculum Development and the BOCES Staff Development Department to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
- Performing such other duties as may be assigned by the Assistant Superintendent for Staff and Curriculum Development as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

| AccelerateU Teacher 2025-26 | | Please note that applicants will be reviewed and will be filled on a continuing basis based on program needs. Location: Remote; Asynchronous online learning program Salary: $245.00 per student completion of a 20-to-24-week online course. If the student withdraws prior to completion, the teacher will be compensated at a daily rate of $1.45. Teachers will be compensated in the month following course completion or withdrawal.
