Learn more about our benefits by clicking HERE Start Date: 8/27/2025 Learn more about our instructional calendar by clicking HERE Learn more about our paid holidays by clicking HERE Depending on location, this position may involve direct work with students with autism, emotional and/or developmental disabilities which may include, but are not limited to, oppositional and aggressive behaviors; mood disorders; and potentially severe and unpredictable physical and/or verbal outbursts. Teachers are expected to: • Ability to work with a diverse population of students. • Provide students with a safe, orderly environment that is conducive to teaching and learning • Collaborate with colleagues and provide resources to meet student learning needs. • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents. • Record and report student progress. Students enter the PTECH High School program as 9th graders and work simultaneously toward earning an Advanced Regents Diploma and an A.A.S. degree from Finger Lakes Community College in Information Technology, Instrumentation and Control Technologies or Mechanical Technology, at no cost to the student's family. The 4–6-year sequence emphasizes individualized pathways to completion, mentorships, work-based experiences, in-depth project-based learning, and real-world experiences. This position is part of expanding offerings at PTECH in conjunction with FLCC.	$51,163 - $60,059
