The 4–6-year sequence emphasizes individualized pathways to completion, mentorship, work-based experiences, in-depth project-based learning, and real-world experiences. Teachers are expected to: • Provide specialized instruction to students with emotional and learning disabilities. • Provide students with a safe, orderly environment that is conducive to teaching and learning. • Record and report student progress. • Collaborate with colleagues and provide resources to meet student learning needs. • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents. • Ability to work with a diverse population of students	$52,341 - $61,805
