| Teacher Aide, NEC | | Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES is hiring Teacher Aides to support students across our Special Education programs throughout the region. What You’ll Do As a Teacher Aide, you will: - Support students individually or in small groups under the direction of a certified teacher
- Assist students with academic tasks, social skills, and daily routines
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
- Implement behavior support plans and follow established routines
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Assist with transitions, mobility, and personal care as needed
- Training is provided — you do not need classroom experience to apply.
