Regional Summer School Regents Proctors (August 18-20)

Regional Summer School Regents Proctors at various locations are needed throughout the region.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Regents examinations in accordance with New York State Education Department regulations and testing protocols.
  • Ensure a secure and organized testing environment that maintains exam integrity.
  • Distribute, collect, and secure examination materials according to established procedures.
  • Monitor students throughout the examination period and enforce testing expectations.
  • Document attendance and any testing irregularities as required.
  • Follow all NYSED and W-FL BOCES procedures related to Regents examination administration.

  • Seneca - East Wayne County (grades 9-12, Waterloo HS)
  • Ontario County Academy (grades 9-12, Midlakes)
  • Yates County MS/HS (grades 7-12, Penn Yan Academy)
  • Western Wayne Academy (grades 9-12, Wayne HS)
  • Newark/Lyons High (grades 9-12, Newark HS)

Regional Summer School Regents Scorers (August 19-20)

Regional Summer School Regents Scorers are needed.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Score Regents examinations in accordance with New York State Education Department scoring guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all examination materials.
  • Participate in required scoring calibration and guidance provided by scoring supervisors.
  • Record and verify scores accurately using designated scoring procedures.
  • Follow all NYSED and W-FL BOCES procedures related to Regents examination scoring.
  • Support the timely completion of Regents scoring operations.
