MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EITHER:
1. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely
related field; OR
2. Possession of an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology, or a closely
related field AND two (2) years of full-time paid experience or its part-time equivalent, in systems analysis
computer support, technology training, information systems, or closely related field; OR
3. Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND four (4) years of
full-time paid experience, or its part-time equivalent, in systems analysis, computer support, technology
training, information systems, or closely related field; OR
4. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (1), (2), and (3).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software applications, cloud-based technologies, digital workplace tools, and related technology resources.

Knowledge of office terminology and procedures.

Working knowledge of instructional methods and techniques used in technology training.

Ability to train others in the use of computer hardware, software, cloud-based technologies, digital workplace tools, and related technology resources.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technological experience.

Ability to evaluate software applications and technology resources.

Ability to develop user documentation, procedures, and instructional materials.

Ability to create flowcharts, schedules, and tables related to data processing.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
