Position: Instructional Coordinator (Student Performance Data)

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000, based on experience and demonstrated abilities. Benefits include paid holidays & leave time, NYS retirement, and health & dental insurance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Coordinate data collection and error resolution activities; coordinate activities and communication needed to ensure required data are reported accurately and on time. 
  • Work collaboratively with district support staff, department or building administrators, and the district superintendent to disseminate information and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings with the district data teams; set expectations, assist district administration to define roles and responsibilities and provide ongoing support for the team.
  • Assist districts in meeting state data reporting requirements including but not exclusive to Accountability, Annual Professional Performance Reviews, BEDS Day Reporting, and Personnel Master File.
  • Commitment to promoting equity, practicing cultural responsiveness, and creating inclusive environment.
Job Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree and experience in NYS state data collection process is required to be considered for the position. NYSED issued certification is required. 

  • NYS teacher certification, experience in K-12 teaching and experience with school student systems preferred. 
  • At a minimum, candidate must possess, or be qualified to obtain, appropriate New York State Education Department Certification, and maintain such throughout employment.  

If not currently certified, successful candidate will be provided with pathway to obtain certification. NYSED certification application includes approved fingerprints, DASA Training and SAVE Workshop, Child Abuse Identification Workshop to obtain certification
