Candidate qualifications may include but are not limited to: Master’s Degree in Special Education; 3-5 years of experience in related field(s); evidence of progressively responsible work experience or equivalent combination of training and experience; knowledge of NYSED Pathway Options; experience working with SWD; advanced work with school information systems, application software, data and reporting; ability to communicate with students and families and train faculty. Candidates with experience establishing and maintaining relationships with administrators, faculty, students, staff, outside agencies, component district, and industry partners will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate effective communication skills, independence, multi-tasking, organizational skills, and an innovative mindset.
